To submit an eligible expense to the Fonds de développement et de reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d'oeuvre, the employer must ensure that the expense meets the criteria established by Revenue Québec. An eligible expense may include costs related to internal or external training, salaries paid to employees during training, or costs for skills development consulting services. To prove eligibility, the employer must retain supporting documents such as invoices, proof of training attendance, service contracts or pay slips.
